The Resilience Hub is a growing and developing service, and we want to get as much feedback as possible from our clients across all sectors, so we can grow to meet your needs as completely as possible.
Your views and comments will remain confidential and anonymous all of the time, however - some comments we may share via our communications channels, to showcase to other people and to let them know about the support on offer. If you would not like this to happen, please let us know.
If you have used our service and would like to give feedback on your experience, please click the survey monkey link to tell us your views about the service you have received from the Resilience Hub, whether you have accessed our psychological support service, our team support service, one of our workshops, or just made use of our website resources. The survey should take less than 5 minutes.
If you have any suggestions or feedback on our website (e.g. links to resources that you think would be useful for others, broken links that we haven’t spotted), or any other ideas for improvement, please complete the ‘suggestions and feedback’ form and we’ll get right on it. Thanks for all your help!
Thank you again for everything, I feel like an entirely different human in the best possible way.
I would like to say a massive thank you to the resilience hub for helping me through a very tricky time.
The hub helped me by allowing me to talk with a clinical psychologist about how I've been feeling and hearing the different routes I can take to help me. Then, supporting me with that route was amazing.
The Resilience Hub helped me acknowledge, validate and understand Burn out and Covid-19 affects which I couldn't understand and mixed up with bereavement, anxiety, depression and long covid symptoms. So reduced my fear of my current struggles in my role moving down to part time and trying to not leave a job I used to love.
The Resilience Hub gave me the time and space to think about my wellbeing at work and changes I can make to improve this
The Resilience Hub helped me reflect on my ways of working as a Team Manager and also the support offered within the team for colleagues really helped us understand our ways of working.
We share your presentations and newsletter emails with our Quality Team, who are very impressed!
They have since shared the NHS Resilience Hub details across different regions to our branches!
I reached out for support in October and it’s been invaluable! Lynne has just been amazing and really helped me through a difficult time! Can’t recommend you guys enough!
I've found the support from the Resilience Hub really informative. (for my team and me personally as a Manager during this challenging time) It allowed the time and space for personal and professional reflection, acknowledging difficulties too. Thank-you.
Thank you for going above and beyond with the way you communicate to people around the footprint. Your newsletter is really clear and informative and provides relative information all linked together so its easily accessible! We enjoy reading this on a monthly basis.
We have always kept an eye on your twitter account and are really impressed with how you manage this! We're particularly impressed with the consistent design you use through the Sway application and how your communications all come together as one.
It is very helpful to know of what avenues of support are available to us! We find your site very user-friendly and well laid out! We also find the CMRH is an excellent service.
Thank you for everything the CMRH team do for C&M health and care colleagues. It is greatly appreciated. Our staff are going through a very challenging time at the moment, and I know that the resilience hub workshops and offers have been a really key part of our support offer for staff at this time.
“The service at the Hub has been seamless”
“I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the wellbeing packs, they are fantastic.”
“A massive thank you from all the Critical Care Staff for our fantastic well-being packs. Your kind gesture has certainly increased our staff’s morale”
“The feedback from all the units has been amazing and positive. Personally I would like to thank you for allowing me to work with the hub on this workstream - its been really lovely to see the impact this has had on all our teams and I look forward to collaborating with you on other workstreams in the future.”
“Thank you, lovely team support session. Reinforces a few things I knew, but lots more to take away and share with team and with family.”
“I am in the process of coordinating reflective practice for my teams. I want to give you guys some feedback……The Hub gave me the space and time to talk about the team and identify what I feel it needs and then met my dialogue with how the hub can support. The conversation and service was seamless, felt mature in essence, very professional and well established. 10/10”
“I have received the staff-room enhancement resources and they are great addition to the Wobble Room, thank you so much. The staff have been using the fidget spinners etc for grounding exercises and to relieve anxiety, which is good!”
“Thank you all so much for providing a lovely, relaxing afternoon focusing on self-care. You created a safe space to reflect, everyone in the team really enjoyed it and found it very helpful. Discussing it this morning, we all realised we had engaged in additional self-care after the session and it has really helped us to increase our mindful focus on self care."
“I’m working as a psychologist in the Trust Staff Psychology Support Service. I’ve been there since last October and so have been around to hear about/see the development of the Cheshire and Merseyside Resilience Hub (CMRH) over time…. As a clinician, it is really helpful having your service available to support those staff who either a) don’t quite fall under the scope of our service and/or b) would benefit from additional support which we may not be able to offer through our service, either in terms of session numbers but also expertise, e.g., EMDR. The thing that has also caught my attention is the feedback I’m hearing from clients in terms of the timeliness of being contacted by the hub but also the interpersonal engagement they are experiencing with CMRH staff. When I hear aspects of what they will be working on as they transition from our service, it feels tailored and matches really nicely with the developing assessment/formulation of each individual client as they come through our service. My sense, including from client feedback, is that this continuity of tailored support is really helpful for staff.”
